3. All Sales Are Final

Graded coins are represented based on third-party grading services (e.g., PCGS, NGC)
Raw coins are described to the best of our knowledge

All items are sold “as-is”, and minor differences in appearance may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Regency Rare Coins LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product
