At Regency Rare Coins LLC, we specialize in rare and collectible coins, which are subject to market volatility and price fluctuations. Due to the nature of these assets, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

No Returns or Refunds

All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been completed.

Rare coins and precious metal markets can fluctuate significantly. As such, we cannot assume the risk of market movement after a transaction has been executed.

Pre-Approval for Exceptions

If you believe your situation may warrant a potential exception, you must contact us prior to making your purchase to request written pre-approval.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped
Any cancellation requests must be made before shipment and are subject to approval at our sole discretion

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an order has been shipped, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. We are not responsible for items after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please make sure all shipping addresses entered during checkout are secure and private. We may require signature confirmation for certain more expense purchases. If you would like to request specific shipping instructions, please email us BEFORE placing a purchase.
